 At The Shared Work Force Group, we provide a  ‘Furlough Exchange Scheme’ to eliminate redundancies,  returning your staff to you when or if the demand is there. We understand staff fluctuations and can protect both your workforce and company from future potential risk and enable immediate and ongoing cost reduction. We are passionate about people and we can actively provide solutions to the widespread impact on companies and individuals during this time, 

The idea is to protect staff who are facing redundancy risk (which is a large part of the furloughed population) by transferring them into one of our companies or into a joint venture company.

• Many of those employees would be needed by you on a reduced-hours basis, and they would be charged back for the time they work or for a set of outputs at a pre-agreed rate, thus making them a variable cost rather than a fixed cost
• For the rest of their time we would find work for them in other organisations which would match their talents and life goals and potentially be more lucrative for them
• If we create a joint venture, you would continue to have a major say in their development and at the same time benefit from a share of any new work we were to find for them, so that’s definitely worth considering

It's pretty clear that the current pressures are such that job losses are unavoidable and we know those companies who adopt this approach are going to be in a far better position than those who will have to resort to more brutal cost-cutting measures.
